Case Files Professional brings the moving parts of an investigation into one case workflow. Organize case intake, subjects, assignments, tasks, activity, evidence, and reports while giving each team member an appropriate level of access.
Field work and location context
Investigators can document activity and expenses within the case. Scene Diagram provides a visual way to explain an incident location. A Google Maps API key entered in Company Setup enables location context in Subject Information, including the residence and surrounding area. Integrated Dropbox storage supports case file uploads.
Writing, review, and output
AI writing assistance helps refine text entered in notes, case details, and report narratives. The user sees the revision and accepts or discards it. Report Builder supports draft review and Word or print-ready PDF generation. Evidence records remain connected to the case with an activity history.
Time and payroll records
Investigators submit time and expenses. Authorized managers can approve entries or return them for correction. Administrators and case managers can produce Payroll Records for approved time by date range and investigator in Word or PDF format.
