This website describes software and related services offered under the Case Files Professional brand. It provides general product information, not legal, investigative, accounting, tax or regulatory advice. Descriptions are subject to the applicable release, configuration, compatibility requirements and signed agreement. Confirm the features and deployment terms relevant to your organization before purchasing or relying on them.
Professional responsibility and lawful use
Software assists professional workflows; it does not supply a license, legal authority, warrant, consent or permission to collect information. Users and customer agencies remain responsible for licensing, privacy, employment notices, recording and surveillance restrictions, access controls, retention and lawful disclosures. A product’s availability does not mean a proposed use is lawful in every jurisdiction.
Research, background information and AI
Public-source records and possible matches may be incomplete, outdated or associated with a different person. Verify identity and source material before reaching conclusions. AI-generated drafts can contain errors or invented information and require qualified human review. Neither a search result nor an AI draft establishes a verified fact. Do not use software outputs as a substitute for procedures required for employment, housing, credit, insurance or other regulated eligibility decisions; assess whether consumer-reporting and other applicable laws govern your use.
GPS, evidence and video outputs
GPS coordinates, approximate addresses and device or server times can be inaccurate or affected by signal, settings and technical conditions. A check-in record is not an independent guarantee of presence, work performed or safety. Video timestamps depend on the source and user-entered corrections. Preserve originals, verify exported material and maintain appropriate custody documentation. Software records do not guarantee admissibility, authenticity or acceptance by a court, client or regulator.
Regulated workflows
ATLAS, FFLTrack, VISTA and BailBondOS provide administrative tools for their stated workflows. Product names, forms and references to government requirements do not represent certification, official endorsement, accreditation or a guarantee of compliance. Agencies must verify current requirements, approved forms, deadlines and recordkeeping procedures applicable to their operations. Training completion alone does not confer a professional license.
Examples, availability and third parties
Demonstration screens, fictional records and edited previews illustrate workflows; they are not actual client records or a promise that every illustrated setting is available in every release. Android and iPhone availability statements are separate; a pending iPhone version is not currently available. Third-party services, public records, maps, AI, storage and app stores have their own terms, availability and charges. References to them do not imply endorsement. No emergency response or continuous personnel monitoring service is provided by the Mobile check-in feature.
Security, agreements and limits
No system can guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute security, prevention of data loss or a particular business or investigation outcome. Customers must plan access controls, backups, recovery and appropriate verification. Any warranties, service levels, support commitments and allocation of liability are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law. This page does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, override nonwaivable rights or replace a signed agreement.
