Install the selected product on a compatible server or hosting account. Your organization controls the environment and arranges server administration, updates, monitoring, backups, and recovery. Confirm application requirements before installation and assign someone to maintain the deployment.
Hosted through our team
Discuss a hosted deployment if your organization prefers assistance with the application environment. Onboarding, support, storage, backup, maintenance, and access responsibilities are defined in the service arrangement before launch. Hosting terms and availability depend on the product and your organization’s needs.
Integrations and storage
Configured integrations may require provider accounts, API keys, and separate service charges. Dropbox storage and maps are configured within the relevant application. FFLTrack’s onsite backup agent requires a suitable premises computer and a verified destination folder.
Three products, separate deployments
Case Files Professional, ATLAS, and FFLTrack serve different workflows. Selecting more than one product does not imply a shared database, automatic data exchange, or a single combined application.
